About me
I am an advanced Industrial Engineering student at UNLaM and an Electromechanical Technician (ITSB), with a background in production, processes, project management and data analysis. Currently an intern at Royal Canin (Mars), working on KPI tracking, process standardization and building tools for continuous improvement. I define myself as proactive and organized, with an ease for adapting to different teams and contexts, and I'm interested in growing professionally without limiting myself to one specific field.
Work experience
- Designed and developed KPIs to monitor production processes.
- Applied the 5S methodology on the plant floor to improve order, cleanliness and efficiency.
- Built a Power BI dashboard for the milling process that automated KPI reporting and added a live view of downtime and issues, cutting the time spent building indicators and enabling faster corrective actions.
- Created OPLs (One-Point Lessons) and work instructions to standardize processes.
- Developed Power Apps applications to streamline operational tasks.
- Took part in continuous improvement projects within the plant.
- Ran industrial trials for new product development and validation of new raw materials.
- Entered and managed purchase orders for trial materials and for lab shipping payments.
